I recently got a new phone (Virgin Mobile Cyclops). I transferred all of the information from my old phone to the new one and it seemed to be working fine, then today it started to say “searching” then it goes back back to the main menu. It goes back and forth every 2 seconds. I can’t receive calls or make calls, text messaging, etc. I called troubleshooting and they walked me through the steps. Again it worked for a while, then went back to searching again. Has anyone had experience with this phone?

Question by @: what are my legal rights (australia) regarding faulty LG product? They wont refund me?
I purchased a LG phone last year. About 1 month later i had serious problems with it and took it to the shop that i purchased it. They sent it for repairs. It came back broken. I again sent it back. 6 Months later after many phone calls, & screaming matches, LG gave me it back “repaired”. Yes it really took over 6 months. Now i have just got it back, & i cant even use it as there is no signal at all! I have waited all this time and got back a useless piece of crap. I decided to skip the middle man and call LG direct. They said they wont give me a refund, but will fix it. Meanwhile i will have to pay for postage again & wait without my phone. It is a joke. I just want my money back. I dont have the time to waste on this crap.
