I recently got a new phone (Virgin Mobile Cyclops). I transferred all of the information from my old phone to the new one and it seemed to be working fine, then today it started to say “searching” then it goes back back to the main menu. It goes back and forth every 2 seconds. I can’t receive calls or make calls, text messaging, etc. I called troubleshooting and they walked me through the steps. Again it worked for a while, then went back to searching again. Has anyone had experience with this phone?

I would take it to the store and try to get a refund or exchange or at least maybe if they could see what it is doing they could try to fix the problem. Good luck.
