You can’t troubleshoot a cell phone if you are on it and driving down the freeway.

im looking to start an online cell phone repair training and charging people a small fee to take it. i dont know how to start though!!! where can i go to do this and how can i do it? how can i do it so that people wont take the course and let other people use it too without paying for theirs? any ideas?
I forgot to metion ive been a technician for 4 years now and this is somthing im good at.
